I find it interesting that recently I have been experiencing these moments where your mind and body react subconsciously, leading you in the relevant direction, this happens for many when they are driving and they suddenly think 'oh, I'm home, how'd I get here', it's that weird feeling. For me it's been happening as I travel to and from uni getting on and off busses, some correct, some completely wrong which then lead me to a totally different area to where I need to be! These subconscious moments are useful when you get them right, however we having fatigue, we must be that little bit more attentive to the situation and make sure the bus number is right or whatever it may be. The small amount of attention it takes is much less then the energy you'll exert fixing your mistake.
Lesson of the day - this goes for everything in anybodies life, but is more important for energy use reasons for someone with fatigue. The lesson is to stay focused and be attentive to minimse mistakes as it takes more time and energy to fix the mistakes made. Schedule your life so you get into a rhythum and your body adjusts knowing when it has to focus and when it can relax/switch off.
