Today I had a relaxing day, got up early as a bird was chirping like crazy, but, once I rose I relaxed for half a day watching TV and doing nothing. Was just what I needed. I realized how important these moments of relaxation are. This thought is corroborated by my favourite person in the world who got 99.5 ATAR (final high school exam mark equivalent). She stated how she breaks her day up with these intervals of study and relaxation, with today saying people can't survive if they just slog it out 24/7. You burn out. This is me with interior architecture, slogged and now burnt out. In the afternoon my therapy continued, but In the form of work, kiragami (origami with cutting). I would definitely recommend, it is hard at first, but like reading, just so relaxing. These relaxing activities conserve energy, made better when these activities contribute to work. So good. If you can lace your work activities with therapudic work activities this will help you work more efficiently as it's relaxing and help fatigue as your not stressed/overthinking and thus using a lot of energy in the process.
Lesson of the day - do therapudic and relaxing activities and remember to take breaks.
