Much like many if these posts as they are daily or nearly daily, they won't have some amazing lesson or revolution at the end, instead, they will be a timeline of my mental and physical health state, told through stories. Today's story is that I had slogged it over the past few days (thus no update) for my architecture degree pin up/assignment/presentation - they train us in many skills clearly. The pin up went well, think I did alright, which is a positive as it can be difficult to remain happy, positive and driven when you have fatigue. After submission I had dinner with the family, was lovely, went to Moncur (takes me back to my childhood as they are known for their meat on the grill and chips dishes), however, was getting late and had work to do so we were all tired. On arriving home I looked at the time, 8:40, wow, I feel like it's 10pm. That's a huge and obvious element of fatigue that we have to manage, the tiredness and the (at times) constant worn down feeling. It's crazy. Anyway, the point to this story is that although I was tired, I was thankful and happy for the family time (and the meat and chips).
