Fatigue is an interesting disease I have discovered over the years of suffering from it. It can manifest in the most unexpected ways. For instance, I don't smile much to at all nowadays, i believe it is because smiling is a movement that uses one of the most amount of muscles in one go - this is energy that can not be spared and has to be diverted and used elsewhere. Every little bit of energy helps. I am constantly being told to "smile" by my friends. This may seem like a minor point but it clearly links to psychology as people naturally gravitate more to those who are happier and smiley, we therefore are not perceived as happy as we don't radiate the stereotypical physical features that convey we are happy and content with life. the ramifications of this are friendships are harder, that if we can even find time for them - we must find time for them! friendships an interactions will be what keeps us sane, we are after all still human.

Lesson for the day - make time for friends and family and smile and radiate how happy you are when in social situations (fake it till you make it). I am a firm believer that family will always be there for you and do anything (family doesn't have to be blood related). Also, make time for friends as they will be more your age and share your interests which is key. these are still worth keeping up with even though we have minimal time and will take more effort for us then most.

Good information thanks for posting it, I have learned that taking the TURKEY TAIL Mushroom from livingnutritionals made in the USA is useful for the brain, spiritual energy and can repair bones and joints. Treat different health conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome and improve general health.
