I really gotta learn consistently.
I set out for this blog to be a place for me to put my thoughts and my experiences in the hopes that they would somehow in some way help something, even if it was to just brighten their day as it was something positive. How can I do that when I can not even post on this consistently.
From tonight onward I will post consistently about my day and or wit things I've picked up or ideas, or potentially just a positive quote/thought.
So tonights post is about how consistency can change your life as we as humans are creatures of habit, so implementing a positive change and forcing yourself to stick to it every day will make it become a habit and that habit will have a positive change on your life.
Second thought, going to try set up a youtube or something as I feel advice is easier and more palatable in video format, tbh a podcast could also work.
Third thought, I need to set up a space locally where anyone with medical conditions can come and hangout/ make friends have some food and maybe even talk as it's what I always felt I needed. Just not sure how to do that.
